The 47 in Swing-Arm Tire Changer That Handles the Whole Bay from Passenger Car to Light Truck

The Tuxedo TC-950 is a professional swing-arm tire changer sized for a full-service tire and wheel bay. Its 47 inch maximum wheel diameter and 3 to 15 inch wheel-width range mean one machine handles the whole floor, from a compact-car 15 inch alloy to a light-truck 22 inch aftermarket wheel or a lifted-truck 24 inch offset. Inside rim clamp range is 15 to 28 inches, outside range is 13 to 24 inches.

The machine never contacts the rim. Twin pneumatic clamping cylinders hold the wheel from the bottom, and the demount head runs off a large-diameter hex shaft with plastic protectors so alloy finishes stay perfect. Bead-seating inflation jets are integrated right into the clamping jaws, so you seat and inflate stubborn low-profile tires without a separate cannon or bead-blaster tank.

A side-mounted bead breaker with a powerful pneumatic cylinder pops the toughest beads without hammering. Ships with pressure limiter, water separator and oiler standard. Runs on a 110V single-phase 15 A outlet so it drops into any bay without electrical work. Includes plastic clamp protectors and two sets of duck head inserts.
