What a rolling bridge jack does

The RJ-15000 is a rolling bridge jack — a jack assembly that drops into the runways of a four-post lift, rolls to the axle you need, and lifts one end of the vehicle clear of the runway. That lets a technician pull wheels and work on brakes or suspension without rolling the vehicle off the lift. It is rated at 15,000 lbs, which covers the full-size trucks, work vans, body-on-frame SUVs, and commercial fleet vehicles that justify a heavy-duty four-post in the first place. The unit ships at 661 lbs in a crate measuring 51" x 33" x 17". It is an accessory rather than a standalone lift: it needs a four-post host with runways in the supported width range to work at all.

Runway fit and pad width

Because the jack seats between the runways, the inside-of-runway dimension on your four-post is the number that decides fit. The RJ-15000 works on hosts measuring between 48.7" and 55" inside the rails. Outside that range the jack will not seat correctly between the runways, so measure your existing lift before ordering rather than working from a catalog figure. Triumph's NTR-24 and NTR-32 four-post lifts both fall inside the supported range, and both are sold as standalone lifts or as combos with two RJ-15 rolling jacks already included. Separately, the lifting pads adjust from 42.6" to 68.7" between centers, which covers the frame-rail and pinch-weld spread on most full-size trucks, vans, and SUVs.

Lift range and the included height adapters

Lowered, the jack sits at 15.3", low enough to roll under a vehicle already parked on the runways. Maximum lifting height is 28.3". Two sets of height adapters ship with the unit — 5" and 6.75" — and both are included in the box, not sold separately. They stack on the lifting pads to add reach when a chassis sits high or when the lift points call for extra clearance, so the pads land where the chassis wants them rather than where the jack happens to top out. The 5" set fits most cars and light trucks; the 6.75" set is intended for the taller frame heights found on heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. The lift range suits suspension, wheel, and brake service.

One jack or two, and what is covered

One unit lifts one axle, front or rear, which is enough to pull two wheels at a time. Two units let the front and rear come up independently — useful for full underside service, alignment-adjacent work, or a wheel rotation completed in one cycle. Triumph sells the NTR-24 and NTR-32 four-post lifts as combos with two RJ-15 units already included for buyers who know up front that they want the pair. On coverage: Triumph provides a 1-year parts warranty with no labor. Covered parts ship free as ground freight after phone troubleshooting, and labor to install the replacement is the owner's responsibility. Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty, after which Triumph supplies a seal kit for in-service repair. Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered.
