Triumph NTR-24 24,000 lb Four Post Auto Lift
What the NTR-24 is built to lift
The NTR-24 is rated at 24,000 lbs, which puts it well past the 9,000–12,000 lb range most passenger-car lifts occupy. That capacity is aimed at light-duty commercial trucks, transit vans, shuttle buses, RVs and fleet platforms up to 24,000 lb total vehicle weight. Maximum lifting height is 70.8", enough for a technician to stand under most light-commercial chassis, and 9 lock positions give you granular height control instead of a coarse high/low choice. The runways are 289.9" long and 24" wide, sized for dually pickups and longer commercial wheelbases, and the spacing between them is adjustable from 45.3" to 49.2" so narrow-track pickups and wide-track work vans can both sit correctly on the same lift.
Bay space and ceiling planning
Footprint is the first thing to check at this capacity. The NTR-24 is 300" overall length without approach ramps and 338.9" with the ramps installed, so plan your bay depth around the ramp figure unless you know the ramps will hang outside the working area. Overall width is 150.1", with 131.8" between the columns — that column-to-column figure is what a vehicle's mirrors and body have to clear on the way in. Overall height of the lift itself is 93.1", or 7' 9". To size a ceiling, add the height of the tallest vehicle you plan to raise plus the working clearance you want above it. Minimum runway height is 9", so low-stance vehicles load over the approach ramps without bottoming out.
Power, locks and safety hardware
Electrical requirement is 220V single phase. For most shops that means the lift lands on a service circuit that already exists rather than triggering a three-phase panel upgrade, which is often the difference between installing this month and waiting on an electrician. The power unit is an ALU motor with a metal tank, rated 4.0 kW. Lock release is pneumatic — a four-cylinder, air-actuated system releasing all four columns together, with 9 lock positions available through the travel. Safety hardware includes a cable break-proof device, a parachute valve and an anti-falling wheel stopper. The platform is flat. The lift is CE Certified and built in factories holding ISO9001 Quality Certification, the two third-party marks fleet and commercial buyers usually ask for.
Freight delivery and what is not included
Shipping weight is 6,614 lbs and the crate measures 295" × 30" × 43". The lift moves by LTL common carrier on a 48' semi truck, and you are responsible for unloading it — lift-gate service is not available at this weight. A forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck or backhoe will all do the job. If your site cannot unload from a truck, the lift can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for trailer or moving-van pickup instead. You schedule the delivery appointment directly with the freight carrier. The RJ-15000 rolling bridge jack is not included at this price; it is available as a compatible add-on, and an NTR-24 plus dual rolling jack combo is sold as a separate SKU. Manuals and technical documents are available on request.
Key features
