A Wrap Bay Lift That Weighs Nothing and Needs No Power

Wrapping a car means hours at the rockers, the lower doors, and the sills. On the floor that is done on your knees, and the quality of the bottom six inches of a wrap is usually where you can tell how the installer felt by hour four.

The Restyler Ramps raise the whole vehicle 14 inches and hold it there with no hydraulics, no power, and no anchors in the concrete. Race Ramps built them with wrap and detail shops, and the pitch is lighter, safer, stronger.

The system runs 225 inches long on a 16 inch deck, carries 6,000 lbs total at 3,000 lbs per axle, and fits wheelbases from 82 to 128 inches. It comes apart into five interlocking pieces and no single piece weighs more than 40 lbs.

This is the Classic model. Approach is 10.4 degrees, or 6.8 degrees with the XTenders in the Complete Kit. For a wider deck see the 20 inch Restyler Ramps.

Benefits of the Restyler Ramps

Fourteen inches, standing upThe rockers and lower doors come up to a height you can work at seated or bent rather than lying down. On a full wrap that is hours of the job done properly instead of endured. No install, no permit, no powerA four post lift means concrete depth, anchors, electrical, and inspection. This is set down on the floor of a leased unit and taken with you when the lease ends.No arms, no posts, no shadowsNothing surrounds the car. You walk a full circle at any point in the job, and light reaches every panel, which matters more on a wrap or a paint correction than on a service job.40 lbs is the heaviest thing you liftFive interlocking pieces, none over 40 lbs. One person breaks the system down and stacks it against a wall, so the bay goes back to being a bay when the job is finished.Fits nearly everything you will see82 to 128 inches of wheelbase covers a Miata through a long wheelbase sedan, and the 16 inch deck takes tires up to 14 inches wide.Nothing that marks a finished carNo steel edges near paint you are about to wrap, and no floor damage under a leased bay. Traction coated foam grips epoxy and sealed concrete. Made in the USA with a one year warranty.

Restyler Ramp Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Complete Kit worth it?

If you want the XTenders at all, yes. Adding XTenders to the ramps separately costs more than the Kit does, and the Kit takes the approach from 10.4 degrees down to 6.8, which is what a splitter car needs. The one thing the Kit version does not do is fold, so buy the folding XTender separately if the set gets moved or stored upright.

Can the car drive off the far end?

Not as supplied, but this is the upgrade most busy bays end up making. Add a second set of exit inclines and the system becomes a drive through, which removes the reverse maneuver and the spotter entirely. They fit Magna and Classic, and they are a separate part from the XTenders in the Kit.

What is the difference between Classic and Magna?

Race Ramps build the Restyler system in two versions. This listing is the Classic, which is the standard build. The Magna adds built in steel strips for tool organization. Lift height, length, and capacity are the same, and the XTenders and exit inclines fit either one. If you specifically want the Magna, call us and we will quote it.

How much floor space does this need?

The system is 225 inches, so nearly nineteen feet per side, plus room to line the car up. With the Kit XTenders on the front you are closer to twenty five feet, and a full drive through setup with exit inclines adds another six feet at the back. Measure the bay before you order.

Can I work under the car?

This is built for working at the sides of a vehicle, not underneath it. Chock the wheels, use it on flat level concrete with full ground contact, and put jack stands in before anyone goes under. Never use two ramps on the same side of the vehicle.

16 inch or 20 inch deck?

The 16 inch deck takes tires up to 14 inches wide and suits most cars. Go to the 20 inch version, which takes tires to 18 inches, if you regularly work on trucks, lifted vehicles, or wide body builds.
