The iDEAL TC-400M-B-PL230-K is a professional powersport tire changer built around the TC-400M-B chassis with the pneumatic PL230 assist arm included from the factory. That means one machine handles the widest range of powersport wheels a shop sees, from 6 inch dirt bike front hubs all the way out to 24 inch cruiser and ATV rims, and the assist arm does the heavy lifting when a stiff sidewall or a low-profile motorcycle tire fights the demount head.

A swing-arm design and four fully adjustable clamps give real full-range clamping (6 to 24 inches outside) instead of the limited two-position setup on entry-level changers. Double-acting pneumatic cylinders provide serious clamping force, and the plastic clamp protectors keep alloy rims scratch-free. The bead breaker delivers 5,500 lb of force and the demount head accepts optional protectors for wheels you cannot afford to mark.

Runs on a 110V single-phase 15 A outlet so you can install it in any bay without electrical work. Includes the electric turntable rotation, floor-pedal control set, hand-held inflation gun, regulator, oiler and water trap.
