The 3,300 lb Portable EV Lift Table That Actually Fits Under a Battery Pack

The iDEAL LT-EV3300DC-X is a portable, high-rise, commercial-grade lift table built specifically for the tech who spends the workday under electric and hybrid vehicles. Its 3,300 lb capacity handles the weight of a modern EV battery pack, motor assembly or full powertrain module, and the multi-adjustable insulated EV platform slides, tilts and locks so you can position that component exactly where it needs to come out or go in.

A 12VDC deep-cycle sealed battery with an integrated 110VAC charger powers the DC electric hydraulic system, so the lift runs whether you have shop air, a wall outlet or nothing but the battery in the base. Dual control: full function from the main control box panel and from the magnetic remote hand controller, so one person can position the platform and stage the load without walking around the lift. The lift rises to 72.6 inches in 20 seconds and lowers in 22, with three intermediate locking positions at 49, 61 and 68 inches.

The 59 x 31.5 inch EV platform includes six adjustable latch clamps, tilt jack screws (+/- 4 to 8 degrees) and multi-directional sliding to line up the load. Portability is built in: an integrated pallet-jack dolly with 6 inch poly wheels and four directional-locking poly swivel casters roll the whole lift wherever the vehicle is.
