The 2,500 lb Air-Hydraulic EV Lift Table for Shops That Already Have Compressed Air

The iDEAL LT-EV2500AH-X is a portable, commercial-grade air-hydraulic lift table built for the EV and hybrid tech who already has shop air. Its 2,500 lb capacity handles a modern EV battery pack, motor assembly or hybrid powertrain module, and the same multi-adjustable insulated EV platform used on the bigger LT-EV3300DC-X slides, tilts and locks so you can position that component exactly where it needs to come out or go in.

Instead of a 12VDC battery, this version runs on 90 to 125 PSI shop air through an exclusive fully-operational pneumatic hand-operated stainless-steel control panel with integrated air gauge and water separator. That means no charger to plug in, no battery to replace over the life of the lift, and no downtime when the battery is dead. If you have compressed air anywhere in the bay, you have a lift.

The 59 x 31.5 inch insulated EV platform includes six adjustable latch clamps, tilt jack screws (+/- 4 to 8 degrees), safety air latches and multi-directional sliding to line up the load. Locks at 49, 61 and 68 inches, max lift 72.6 inches. Portability is built in: four directional-locking poly swivel casters and a removable hand bar. Also included: HD air-hydraulic pump and cylinder, double lift scissors, utility / tool tray, sub-platform storage area, four rubber pads. Backed by iDEAL / Tuxedo.
