The lift itself occupies 330.5" by 155.1", which is about 27'-6" by 12'-11". Plan on a 30 by 15 foot bay so there is room to walk both sides, open doors, and get the alignment computer positioned. Ceiling height is set by your tallest vehicle plus 66.9" of rise, not by the lift, since a four post rack has nothing overhead.
Are the slip plates and turntables really included?
Yes, both are standard. This is worth checking carefully when you compare quotes, because on a number of competing alignment racks the slip plates, the turntables, or both are priced as accessories. A rack that looks cheaper on the headline can land higher once the alignment hardware is added.
What else do I need to actually perform alignments?

Note that the 4,000 PSI figure is higher than Daytona specifies for their two post lifts, which reflects the load this rack carries. Verifying concrete is the customer's responsibility, and installing on an inadequate slab is genuinely dangerous.
